Chiara is a beautiful tapestry of diverse archetypes seamlessly woven together.
She gracefully embodies both the light and the dark, a harmonious blend of nurturing warmth and grounded stability alongside an undercurrent of captivating chaos and intense passion. Authenticity is her guiding principle; she steers clear of deception and has a keen aversion to anything inauthentic. Chiara, with her determined spirit, wears her vulnerability as a badge of courage, creating a captivating symphony of strength and sensitivity
She loves inspiring people, she loves inviting people to explore their Self beyond what has been taught was normal and also commonly accepted. She likes the balance between spirituality, energetic work, and grounded practices; She likes down-to-earth human beings with their perfect imperfections and with a curious spirit.
She is based in the Netherlands but constantly moving around since one space is not enough. She found in Lisbon a second base.
She is a trauma-informed somatic sex coach; and also, a relationship coach, full-body de-armoring practitioner, and a women’s empowerment advocate. She is also a tantric facilitator. She facilitates one-to-one and partner sessions and workshops. Her work is focused on embodiment and energetic practices.
Using the body as the tool to guide people with issues, curiosities, and blockages around sexuality and their relationship with self and others. She guides her clients to feel more in every sense and inch of their bodies.
The jaguar is her inner spirit animal, running freely in her veins. Its roar is heard, and respected by the many beings of the human jungle. The jaguar serves her as a reminder of her true nature and inner strength.
My Story
Ciao, I am Chiara. Born in a small Italian village, as a child and teenager I faced shyness, bullying, and body image issues. I grew up in a conservative environment. Traumatic experiences, mostly in the field of sexuality, were suppressed in order to be seen and loved while pursuing a career in the humanitarian world. Throughout life, I struggled with saying no, and I was a master of people-pleasing, neglecting my own needs. My sexual journey was marked by low desire, anxiety, and shame. Outside of my humanitarian adventurous life, I was constantly occupied with personal development but it was only when I stopped moving, that I had the mind space to do proper shadow work.
In my 30s and after a breakdown, I discovered somatic therapy and sex somatic coaching, embracing self-worth, desire, and pleasure. I learned to listen to my body, and eventually reconnect with my family, where all the suffering began. This journey allowed me to explore sex-positive communities where I found inspirational movements, sexual healing, and alternative models for relating. I basically rediscover my inner power and unique sexuality in my beautiful body that I love and respect. And the process is still ongoing since curiosity and exploration are qualities that are part of my genetics.
IntimaSee was born from my passion for guiding others liberate their sexuality (aka life force) and realize they deserve more in their relationships and sex lives. Everyone holds this potential; they need to be ready to trust the here and now. Ultimately, I dream of a world free from shame, fear, and guilt—a world filled with pleasure, power, and play. In this vision, every being can explore, celebrate, and honor their body, and embrace profound healing and liberation. It's time to shift our focus from our minds to our bodies and say YES to a life that ignites our passion!
