My goal is to empower you to fully realize your erotic potential and guide you toward a more fulfilling and em-powered intimate life.
In our culture, we're expected to be natural lovers, but these skills aren't innate. Misconceptions, shame, taboo, and an overall lack of knowledge about sexuality are common in our society, leading to performance anxiety and fear of exploring yourself as an erotic being.
There are three main types of sex coaching: talk-based, experiential, and hands-on, catering to different preferences and comfort levels regarding physical contact. In my practice, rituals and exploration have as well a tantric and shamanic background. Topics that will be addressed include:
Overcoming shame about your desires and fantasies
Addressing common sexual challenges, such as low libido, loss of sex drive, and sexual dysfunctions
Learning to befriend your body and open to pleasure

At Intimasee Coaching & Bodywork, we tackle various relationship challenges, including sexless marriages, sexual dysfunction, and reigniting passion. For individuals not in a relationship, we provide a safe space to simulate relationship experiences and explore uncharted territories of intimacy.

Body De-armouring
De-armoring is an ancient technique and ‘bodywork-art’—a combination of the art of facilitation and bodywork. The body is so much wiser than the mind. Through the portal of your open de-armoured body, you don’t need to understand because your body simply knows.
De-armouring can only work if there is a connection between the practitioner and client and a clear container is upheld where the client feels safe.
What is an armor? Armor is a result of blockages, created over time by stress, tensions, thought patterns, social and religious conditioning, repressed emotion, and trauma. This stored armor places a great deal of stress on our nervous system, especially the vagus nerve. It can hinder the flow of our life force or sexual energy, our ability to connect from the heart, and can impact how we show up in the world and relate to others. Although this armour can desensitize our experience of life, it developed to protect us.
At IntimaSee Coaching & Body Work, we aim at bringing awareness to the armor, we can take away the physical ‘shield’ and consciously choose to release it if it isn’t necessary. This ‘releasing’ is the de-armouring process. De-armouring transforms the contraction and holding patterns we carry within us.
Through breath, pressure point touch, and shamanic techniques we release any energetic, emotional, and physical blockages opening the body to pleasure and orgasmic (meant as life force) life.
Price & Session:
A session can vary between 2 to 3 hours. Everyone receiving will need to be able to relax with their clothes off in a safe space.
Sessions can also involve coaching on self-love, embodiment, self -intimacy.

Sacred De-armouring
Sacred (aka genitalia) de-armouring is a modality aimed at releasing stored armour or trauma in the yoni, lingam, scrotum, and anus.
A sacred/genitalia armor can show up as numbness, tight muscles, or an area that feels sensitive. It can really impact our ability to have orgasms, feel connected to our private parts, and express ourselves honestly. It can also limit our creativity, self-expression, and ability to connect with our intimate partners and tap into our true inner strength. With sacred de-armouring we work on healing the body from sexual blockages, stuck energy, and traumas – to re-awaken the body to its sexual potential.
Emotions such as guilt, shame, and anger, as well as pleasure, joy, and a heightened feeling of vitality. During a session:
We begin with a discussion about boundaries and consent.
We may incorporate gentle and/or Kriya yoga breathwork practices; TRE exercises, voice/sound exercises; the connection between our throat and cervix for female bodies, and so on our breasts.
Once the receiver is fully relaxed and ready, permission is requested before any touching or entering occurs. When leaving, we leave gently and slowly.
If de-armouring inside the yoni and anus is requested, we use one or two fingers, and with gentle pressure, we explore sensitivities or sensations such as burning, numbness, or discomfort in a clockwise motion.
For lingam and scrotum de-armoring we apply pressure, pulling, or squeezing to identify any sensitive muscles or tension.
